The property runs along the hillside and faces north-east, following the slope and the sea view. The sun is therefore mostly at the back, but is caught by a central patio and thus distributed throughout the building. The long main façade is staggered and angled, staging different views of the beautiful landscape. The use of layered fieldstones and plain white plaster is in keeping with the typical construction style of Paros. Completion in 2024
